Shareable checklist. Everyone ticks.

Write the list, share the link or QR, and people tick items from their own phones. Every tick shows up for everyone with a name on it. No accounts, gone within 24 hours.

How it works

  1. New checklist. Give it a title and type the items, one per line.
  2. Share the link or QR. People open it, enter a name, and see the same list.
  3. Tick from anywhere. Every tick appears for everyone, with the name and time beside it.
  4. Edit as you go. Add or reword items without losing the ticks already made. Copy the finished list as text.

Good for

  • Event setup and pack-down. Volunteers tick off tasks as they’re done; the organiser watches it fill in. See event checklist.
  • Shared to-dos without an app. A flat-move, a hackathon, a wedding morning. See shared to-do list.
  • Shift handovers. The outgoing shift ticks what’s done; the incoming one sees what’s left.
  • Classroom tasks. Groups tick stages of a project from their own tablets.

FAQ

Do people need an account to tick items?

No. They open the link or scan the QR, type a name and tick. Their name appears next to anything they tick.

Do ticks sync live?

Yes. When anyone ticks or unticks, every open copy updates at once.

Can I edit the list after sharing it?

Yes. The host can add, reword, reorder or remove items at any time. Items that keep their text keep their ticks.

How long does the checklist last?

It erases itself after 6 quiet hours, 24 hours at the latest. Copy it as text if you want a record.
