How to use the meeting timer

    1. Tap a preset or type minutes and seconds. Add a title if the room should know what the time is for.
    2. Press Start, or the space bar. The ring drains as time passes.
    3. Press Fullscreen to put it on the projector. The clock scales to the screen.
    4. At zero it chimes, flashes, and then counts up in red so everyone can see how far over you are.
    5. For a structured meeting, add agenda items with a time each and press Run agenda.

    Where it earns its place

    • Stand-ups. Fifteen minutes, visible to everyone, no one has to be the bad guy.
    • Workshops. Timebox each exercise and let the agenda move the room along.
    • Classrooms. A fullscreen countdown on the board for tests, group work and transitions. See the classroom timer page.
    • Talks and pitches. A speaker-facing clock with overtime counting. See the presentation timer page.
    • Interviews and exams. A neutral, visible clock that both sides can see.

    FAQ

Does the timer keep running if I switch tabs?

Yes. It counts from the real clock, so it stays accurate in a background tab, and the remaining time shows in the tab title.

Can I run a whole agenda?

Yes. Add items with a time each, press Run agenda, and the timer moves to the next item automatically, chiming between them.

How do I put it on the projector?

Press Fullscreen or the F key. The controls hide and the clock fills the screen. Escape brings them back.

Can I share a preset timer with a link?

Yes. Duration and title are kept in the URL, so you can bookmark a 15-minute stand-up timer or send the link to a colleague.
