FAQ

Questions, answered.

How do I time several speakers in a row?

Add each speaker as an agenda item with their minutes and press Run agenda. It chimes and moves to the next name automatically.

What happens when a speaker goes over?

It chimes and flashes at zero, then counts up in red. Turn overtime off if you’d rather it stop.

Can the speaker see it without the audience seeing?

Open it on a device facing the lectern. A second device on the same link stays within a second.

Is there a sound I can turn off?

Yes. Chime and flash are separate checkboxes.

No more waving from the back.
