Classroom brainstorming tool

Every Student Has a Voice. No Login Needed.

Project one QR code. Students join with nicknames and submit ideas to a shared classroom board.

Start a classroom Free • no student accounts • up to 200 devices
No student data Board mode for the projector Freeze with one tap Gone after the lesson
How it works

Set up before the bell. Thirty seconds.

No class list to upload, no codes to hand out, no accounts to reset.

  1. 01

Open a classroom and pin your prompt

Tap Start a classroom on the classroom PC. Type the question and send it. It stays pinned at the top of the board.

  2. 02

Put the QR on the projector

Switch to board mode. The board fills the screen and the QR grows so the back row can scan it with a phone camera.

  3. 03

Watch the ideas arrive, then freeze

Students pick a nickname and post. Each idea floats onto the board in its author’s color. Freeze the board and talk through the best ones.

Built for a classroom

Designed around the things teachers worry about.

01

No student data

Nicknames only. No emails, no accounts, no sign-ups. Nothing to register with the school and nothing to delete later.

02

Quieter voices get heard

Typing an idea is easier than raising a hand. The color-coded names still give everyone credit for theirs.

03

Links stay hidden

A pasted link shows up blurred and only opens after a caution card. You can remove any message with one tap.

04

A brake on the flood

Posting is rate-limited so nobody can machine-gun the board, and freezing it gives you the floor instantly.

05

Works on whatever they have

Phones, tablets, school laptops. Any browser. Up to 200 devices in one room.

06

Cleans up after itself

Tap Copy all for your notes. The room erases itself after 6 quiet hours, so there’s no forgotten class chat living on.

Versus the usual way

More than the same three hands.

Hands up, or an app with logins

  • The confident few answer; the rest wait it out
  • Sticky notes take ten minutes to collect and read
  • Class apps need accounts, codes and IT sign-off
  • Student data sits in someone’s database

A classroom room

  • Thirty ideas in two minutes, from thirty students
  • Everything is already on the board, sorted by author
  • One QR code, no accounts, nothing to approve
  • Nicknames only, and the room deletes itself
Beyond brainstorming

Five minutes at either end of a lesson.

Questions

Ask without looking lost

Students ask about the tricky bit under a nickname. You answer the room, not the one brave hand.

Revision

Rapid-fire quiz

Post a question while frozen, unfreeze for answers, freeze again. Repeat.

Group work

One device per table

Groups argue it out first, then post the good ideas. Less noise, better thinking.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do students need an account or an app?

No. Students point their camera at the QR on the projector, the room opens in their browser, they type a nickname and start posting. Any phone, tablet or laptop.

How big a class can join?

A classroom room holds up to 200 devices at once, so a full lecture theatre can post from their own phones. For group work, one device per table works well too.

What stops students posting links or spamming the board?

Pasted links appear blurred and only open after a caution card. Posting is rate-limited, you can remove any message, and freezing the board stops everyone except you from posting.

What student data is collected?

Only the nickname a student types, and that lives in the room until it erases itself. No emails, no accounts, no sign-ups.

Can I keep the ideas after the lesson?

Yes. Tap Copy all to paste the whole board into your lesson notes before you leave. The room deletes itself after 6 hours of inactivity, 24 hours at the latest.
