The Leaving Card Nobody Has to Pass Round.
Drop a link in the team chat and everyone writes their line, including the colleagues who work remotely. Reveal the messages at the send-off, let the browser read them out, and hand over a keepsake PDF.
No card stuck in someone’s drawer.
The paper card
- Passed round for a week, half the team misses it
- Remote colleagues can’t sign
- Someone has to hide it from the leaver
A farewell wall
- Everyone signs in a day from wherever they are
- Hidden until you reveal it at the send-off
- A PDF they actually keep
Three steps.
- 01
Start the card and share the link
Type the leaver’s name, turn on Hide, and post the link in a chat they’re not in.
- 02
The team writes
Signed or anonymous, up to 300 characters each. You see them arrive; nobody else does.
- 03
Reveal and hand over
At the send-off, reveal one at a time and read aloud. Then download the PDF and email it to them.
Questions, answered.
Do colleagues need an account to sign?
No. They open the link, type a name and write. Remote colleagues sign just as easily.
Can the leaver see it before the send-off?
Only if you give them the link. Turn on Hide until revealed and show it at the farewell.
What do they get to keep?
An A4 PDF with their name at the top and every message as a signed card.
Is it suitable for retirements and leave too?
Yes. Any occasion where a group wants to say something about one person.
